Determination Scholarship
In 2017, PHD Realty formed the PHD Realty Determination Scholarship. It was developed to celebrate the overall achievements of high school students in the areas served by PHD Realty and encourage their efforts to continue their education.
High school seniors living in Escambia and Monroe counties of Alabama, as well as Escambia and Santa Rosa counties of Florida are encouraged to apply. They must be in pursuit of higher education at a college or university.
Scholarship creator, Patty Helton Davis, Broker/Owner of PHD Realty believes that education is the once thing that can't be taken away one achieved. So the scholarship is indeed an investment into the future of our communities.
